We, the members of HOPERISE FOR ALL EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION a not for-profit and non political organisation do firmly and solemnly resolve to provide for ourselves a constitution and to be governed by the provisions therein contained.

Our Constitution serves as the guiding framework for our organisation, defining our values, responsibilities, objectives, governance structure, and commitment to serving humanity.
Who We Are
HOPERISE FOR ALL EMPOWERMENT FOUNDATION exists to create opportunities, strengthen communities, and support individuals—particularly vulnerable and underserved people—towards achieving a better and more sustainable quality of life.
We believe that every person deserves an opportunity to live with dignity, develop their potential, and contribute meaningfully to society. Through community-focused initiatives, advocacy, capacity building, education, empowerment programmes, and partnerships, we seek to turn hope into practical action.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
- 1.TO CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES TO THRIVE THROUGH EDUCATION, EMPOWERMENT, HUMANITARIAN SUPPORT, AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVES.
- 2. TO PROMOTE EDUCATION BY PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, MENTORSHIP, AND OTHER FORMS OF SUPPORT TO UNDERPRIVILEGED CHILDREN AND YOUTHS.
- 3. TO EMPOWER YOUTHS AND WOMEN THROUGH VOCATIONAL TRAINING, ENTREPRENEURSHIP DEVELOPMENT, LEADERSHIP PROGRAMMES, AND CAPACITY BUILDING INITIATIVES.
- 4. TO ALLEVIATE POVERTY BY IMPLEMENTING SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD PROGRAMMES AND SUPPORTING VULNERABLE INDIVIDUALS AND COMMUNITIES.
- 5. TO ADVANCE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT THROUGH PROJECTS AIMED AT IMPROVING SOCIAL WELFARE, INFRASTRUCTURE, SANITATION, AND ACCESS TO BASIC AMENITIES.
- 6. TO SUPPORT AGRICULTURE AND FOOD SECURITY THROUGH TRAINING, ADVOCACY, AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAMMES THAT ENHANCE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTIVITY AND SUSTAINABLE FARMING PRACTICES.
- 7. TO PROVIDE HUMANITARIAN ASSISTANCE TO VICTIMS OF DISASTERS, CONFLICTS, EMERGENCIES, AND OTHER VULNERABLE GROUPS IN NEED OF RELIEF AND REHABILITATION.
- 8. TO COLLABORATE WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES, DEVELOPMENT PARTNERS, CORPORATE ORGANISATIONS, AND OTHER STAKEHOLDERS IN ADVANCING CHARITABLE, EDUCATIONAL, AND DEVELOPMENTAL CAUSES.
- 9. TO UNDERTAKE ANY LAWFUL CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THAT ARE INCIDENTAL OR CONDUCIVE TO THE ATTAINMENT OF THE FOUNDATION’S OBJECTIVES.
